Our team is looking for a versatile client-focused, self-motivated, digitally-savvy, and results-driven professional with a proven track record. It will be your responsibility to manage some elite accounts, develop content marketing strategies, and enhance revenue retention and growth.
As part of this role, you will consult, strategize, and implement custom content strategies that drive growth for mid-large-sized organizations. It is not enough to just have industry expertise; you must also possess excellent organizational skills to handle a range of projects effectively. The role is fully remote, though co-working spaces in the Northwest are available for use.

- Account Management – It is our passion that we build an excellent relationship with our clients and truly understand their business. You will be servicing a portfolio of clients (in a variety of industries) which will give you an exciting challenge! Your strategies will be measured in terms of ROI, and delivery against your client’s goals.
- Content Strategy – This position involves developing, interpreting, and presenting statistical reports for clients as well as consulting, developing, and maintaining content marketing strategies.
- Revenue Retention and Growth – Retention of clients in your portfolio and growing your accounts is a key objective. Creating statements of work that help clients meet their business objectives and selling the next strategy is essential. In a competitive market, you must have a strong grasp of how businesses make decisions and make money.
Key Responsibilities –
- Provide digital strategy advice to clients
- Senior account management
- Stay up to date with strategy development and digital technology.
- Assist with identifying and improving brand awareness
- Plan, build and implement digital marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on project status
- Manage budgets in excess of 100k whilst keeping scope and timelines in check
- Translate requirements into tasks and deliverables
- Monitor and manage projects and priorities
Ideal Attributes –
Having experience and expertise in the latest content marketing/SEO strategies is essential. Not only that but we expect evidence of your achievements to date. You should also be skilled in displaying content that is optimized for UX. Last but by no means least, one of your greatest strengths is your ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, with a keen attention to detail, and organisation skills.
Required Skills –
- 2+ years’ experience in SEO, PPC, strategy and wider digital marketing.
- Use of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Experience of tools such as Moz, SEMRush
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- A confident communicator at all levels
- Good numeracy skills
- Good Commercial & business acumen
- Experience in digital technologies and tactics
- Senior account management experience within a digital marketing agency
- Time Management
- Experience of working with flagship/blue-chip clients
- Bachelor’s degree or Digital Marketing Qualification
Desirable –
- 2+ years of PPC and SEO management experience
- 3+ years of account management
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience of working in a customer/client-facing or sales environment
Salary up to £30k+ depending on experience + Commissions and bonuses
